Lasting Powers of Attorney

In essence, a power of attorney is a legal document which enables an individual to authorise another person to manage their affairs.

We also provide fixed fee lasting power of attorney service. Our fixed fee for a lasting power of attorney is £650.00. This fixed fee does not include the statutory registration fee.

If an individual is considering two lasting powers of attorney both together (Property/Financial Affairs and Health/Welfare), we are able to offer this at a reduced fixed fee of £525 each.

The current statutory registration fee is £82 for each lasting power of attorney.

We offer home visits within 5 miles radius at no extra charge.

We are proud to say that our Power of Attorney service is a true service, not a mere form filling process. We explain in detail how it works and what it means for you. Our fees are inclusive of postage, handling and all attendances as necessary.
